Iowa has a long history of global citizens reaching out to other countries to lend a hand. More than 100 Iowa groups are currently involved in volunteer activities to help communities around the world. Through the Iowa Global Volunteer Corps, we hope to make more individuals aware of the selfless work that Iowans are doing around the world.
